Yes, you can, but you need to contact us in 2 hours after you place the order. however. we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully. Because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the production line.

Yes! Normally you will get the tracking number in 48 hours after you place the order.

No tax will be charged for US and EU.
(tax will by charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea)

if you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU,you will need to pay tax.

If the product fails due to defects in materials or design process within one year, the company will repair or replace parts or replace new products for free, except in the following cases:

1.Improper human use or damage to the equipment caused by transportation.

2.Unauthorized disassembly and repair of this equipment.

3.Failure to follow the instructions.

4.The product is damaged due to the abnormal storage or maintenance environment of the customer.

5.If the proof of purchase date is not provided, the company will have the right to refuse the warranty.

Q: Do I need to charge the battery when I receive the board?

Yes,you need to,but not required. Because the battery is not fully charged before leaving the factory (to protect the battery during Long-distance shipping).

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement.
